Thanks for your continued patience while I go through my yearly ritual. My ritual without fail is the following
- In the months prior to the con, I do some write ups, but nothing too serious.
- In the weeks before the con, I start to get nervous. Feeling the deadline, I get more into the work.
- In the week before the con, I freak out. I get depressed. I wonder if anyone will like any of this crap I'm writing, or if any of it will work.
- In the day or two before the con, it all seems to come together. My mood elevates, I feel like no matter what comes next, I will be ok.
I am at #4 at the moment! Lots of little details to do, but if they don't get done it's no big deal. Like I haven't busted out the D30, set it on the map and said, "Hey, pretend that's a golem. I ran out of time to produce a mini for it."
Looking forward to the months to come, not only for Grind4E (with my hand at converting rooms 6+), but also trying to work on an SND game of my own.
Later!
MilwaukeeJoe
